Homeschool Programs
We offer daytime programs for school-aged children who are not attending traditional school. These programs are aimed to increase physical literacy in a structured class that includes games, conditioning, and basic skill development. Our students will receive report cards detailing their progress in our program as they gain confidence and skill in the sport.
Classes Offered Fall/Winter 2021-2022 (September-February)
Homeschool Gymnastics this class focuses on gymnastics basics on bars, beam, floor, and vault incorporating a dynamic warm up and cool down stretch, we will primarily be working on our bronze level skills while developing physical fitness and strength
Homeschool Parkour this class focuses on the three bronze levels of our parkour program, we will cover swings, vaults, landings, rolls and how to use them safely in different environments. parkour is great for improving physical literacy and spacial awareness in children
Homeschool Tramp & Tumbling this class will focus on the foundations of trampoline and tumbling including physical preparation. An emphasis in the first 4 levels is placed on teaching all the different ways that we can land and fall safely making your child safer in and out of the gym.
