Parkour & Obstacle Classes 

Parkour combines the use of running, vaulting, jumping, climbing, rolling, and other movements in order to travel from one point to another in the quickest and most efficient way possible. In our program we teach these skills and other tricks using various gymnastic and parkour specific equipment in a safe and fun environment. The kids will progress through our 9 parkour levels as they master new skills and tricks and challenge themselves and each other through obstacle courses. one day per week is recommended to start but 2 x per week or combine with our other gymnastics/trampoline programs for quicker skill development.

Classes Offered Fall/Winter 2021-2022 (September-February)

Parkour Bronze this 1 hour class focuses on the three bronze levels of our parkour program, we will cover swings, vaults, landings, rolls and how to use them safely in different environments.

Parkour Bronze Plus this 1.5 hour class is similar to our bronze program in content however the extra half hour allows for faster progress through the levels and more time for challenges, obstacles, and games

Parkour Silver this intermediate parkour class focuses on the three silver levels of our parkour program, we will begin learning more advanced and combo vaults, bar maneuver skills and incorporating acrobatic elements such as handsprings and palm spin.

Obstacles this class focuses on completing various obstacles throughout the gym and incorporating gymnastics and parkour basics into movement for safe and efficient completion. If your child wants to be the next Ninja Warrior this class is for you.
