Star Programs

These advanced recreational programs are for athletes who are more committed to the sport than those in our rec classes. Their classes are longer than regular rec classes and more than one class per week is recommended, and they will eventually be working on more advanced skills. these classes are geared towards those athletes who love gymnastics but are not quite ready for our performance or competitive programs. Additionally, these athletes will be invited to our in-house testing days for awards and prizes! 

Classes Offered for Fall/Winter Session

SuperStars - ages 4-6, 1.5 hour classes - this accelerated program generally leads into our developmental or Interclub classes, More time is spent on skill acquisition and attention to detail on finer details like pointed toes. 

GymStars - ages 6+, 2 hour classes this accelerated program leads into or Interclub or excel programs. More time is spent on building skills for advanced gymnastics.
